Your Role: As an Associate Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in our retail office during tax season, focusing on exceeding client expectations and guiding daily operations. You'll start with a flexible part-time schedule in late fall and transition to full-time hours from January through April. We would love to see if you have: Experience in supervising or managing a team. A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Your Responsibilities: Assist the Multi-Unit Team Leader by being a key onsite contact for tax office associates and clients to ensure top-notch service execution. Enforce accountability among tax office associates regarding client service experience, escalating issues when necessary. Serve as the point of resolution for client service concerns that require escalation. Ensure proper scheduling for clients and efficiently resolve conflicts. Lead the office operations from the front desk, providing a welcoming environment for clients. Organize daily tasks to ensure associates are scheduled appropriately and deadlines are met. Facilitate daily briefings to communicate essential updates to office staff. Your Qualifications: Background in customer service or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities. Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexible availability to work 40 hours a week according to business needs. High school diploma or equivalent education required. Why Choose H&R Block?
