In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTA's. We are thrilled with our new AI documentation software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1300/month. Sign on bonus up to $10K, plus daily productivity bonuses available You'll achieve success by: Reviewing patients medical history Providing excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 30 minutes with each person Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed Qualifications: Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in California CPR and first aid certification required Since 2013, All Star PT has been serving our community and helping patients of all ages regain their independence and confidence.
