AERONES, a Global Leader in advanced Wind Turbine maintenance and robotics, is seeking a Wind Turbine Robotics Technician focused on Robotics services to join our Operations Team. We specialize in cutting-edge robotic solutions that ensure safety, efficiency, and exceptional service for the wind energy industry. In this exciting role, you'll have the chance to travel to wind farms nationwide, with all accommodation and travel expenses fully covered by the Company. You will perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on wind turbines—ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) and GWO Advanced Rescue Training (ART) Full certifications are required to undertake this role. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and operate robotic systems used for cleaning, inspection, and repair of wind turbines. Conduct routine inspections on turbines to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards. Perform preventative maintenance on wind turbines and associated systems to minimize downtime and maximize energy production. Diagnose and resolve faults using advanced diagnostic tools and technology. Document work completed, including identifying issues, repairs, and maintenance performed. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards. What We Offer: Stable, long-term employment with opportunities for career growth in an innovative Company. The average hourly rate is $24 before taxes, reflecting typical earnings when KPIs are met. $60 a day meal per diem. Paid travel and lodging for projects nationwide. Work with a global team pioneering the future of wind turbine technology. What We're Looking For: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to travel frequently and work in field conditions. Previous experience in wind turbine maintenance is an advantage. Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements: Legally authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor Visas at this time. A valid Driver's License. Basic computer skills. Willing and able to undergo a physical check (medical) to ensure capability to perform the duties of the role (working in confined spaces, climbing, lifting, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: GWO Basic Safety Training (BST). GWO Advanced Rescue Training (ART) Full. GWO Basic Technical Training (BTT). OSHA 10. NFPA 70E. Electrical safety awareness. First Aid certified. Familiarity with GE / Vestas / Siemens Gamesa / Nordex turbine operations and LOTO. GWO Sea Survival certification.
