HVAC Specialist

Overview HVAC Specialist - Up to $30/hr -  Day and Evening Shifts Available -  Minimal Travel - Full Benefits Our company is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. Prior experience with HVAC systems is a must to be considered for this role. Experience as a Diesel Technician is a plus. Responsibilities Oversee planning, analysis, and timely completion of projects and activities. Install mechanical equipment and systems using a variety of hand tools. Ensure adherence to internal contracting processes. Manage assigned inventory and company equipment. Generate sales leads and forward to appropriate personnel. Document work and maintain accurate records. Communicate and interact with customers and their representatives. Ideal Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent with five years of experience installing HVAC systems, or seven years of field experience in HVAC. Experience as a Diesel Technician is a plus. Must possess basic language, mathematical, and reasoning abilities. Must have a valid driver's license and Universal Refrigerant Certification. Shifts 8:00 AM-5:00 PM 1:00 PM-10:00 PM ($1/hour shift differential) Work is primarily conducted in-shop with minimal travel (less than 10%, no overnights).
