Business Execution - LoanIQ SME

Position: BEC - L4 (Business Consultant) - Loan IQ SME - Act as a Loan IQ + Operations SME during ongoing conversions Focus on candidates with hands-on Loan IQ + Ops experience. Support Client's AFS to Loan IQ conversions (and some other systems being converted to LoanIQ: Lucas, QB, smaller legacy apps). Evaluate operational impacts of system enhancements & projects. Support end-users post-conversion (Q&A, troubleshooting, daily meetings). Not training (trainers exist), but guiding and supporting users. Locations: Charlotte (preferred) Roanoke Chicago Minneapolis Possible: Irving (space may be limited) Duration: 18 Months Hybrid Module Requirements: Strong Loan IQ experience (Board & Fund, Servicing) Operations experience - SME role supporting conversions, enhancements, and projects Experience with legacy system conversions - AFS, others Not a developer; must understand how Operations uses Loan IQ Familiarity with automation tools like Auto Gen / Auto Relief is a plus
