Neurology Physician Assistant

We are seeking an Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant-Certified for our Neurocritical Care position located at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital. Job Details: Direct Inpatient care in the high acuity NeuroICU. Round in the NeuroICU and perform procedures. Teamwork, critical thinking and empathy are all top skills needed for your success. Shift rotation of three (3) daytime 7a-7p per week OR three (3) nights 7p-7a per week. Seeing an average 6 - 8 patients during day shift or covering whole ICU during night shift (average 16 patients) once onboarded. Shift rotation anticipated at 75% days and 25% nights. Cover three (3) weekend days per month once onboarded. Anticipated 3-month onboarding for ramp up; will provide onboarding course from Neurocritical Care Society. Work with a dedicated team of physicians and providers. Practice in a state-of-the-art facility. Comprehensive financial package with experienced based compensation.
