Branch Billing Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented Branch Billing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing activities across multiple branches, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Responsibilities: Work closely with the sales and contract administration teams to prepare customer setups, changes, and cancellations. Enforce the use of proper paperwork to process all billing and customer changes. Manage billing operations for 5-7 branches. Utilize Oracle billing software effectively. Enter all manual billing items at the end of each month. Prepare manual invoices for customers as necessary. Collaborate with branch teammates, the collection department, and customers to resolve any billing discrepancies. Essential Skills: Proficiency in accounts receivable, customer service, and data entry. Experience with billing customer service and invoicing. Familiarity with accounting principles. Proficiency in Oracle and SAP systems. Ability to address invoice issues. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including filtering, sorting, and using basic formulas. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or 1+ years of billing experience. Proficiency in any ERP system is required if not holding a degree. Flexibility and adaptability in day-to-day tasks. Work Environment: This position is fully on-site, with training hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. After training, a flexible schedule from 7 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM is available. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Houston, TX. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
