CNC Machine Technician We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Technician who takes pride in precision work and steady problem‑solving. You will support our machine builders, engineers & sales team in starting teching & reparing CNC machinery. Responsibilities: What You Will Do • Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machinery using newly established programs • Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other shop instruments • Diagnose machining issues, identify tool wear or drift, and apply corrective actions • Reference: SME Tooling U, CNC Maintenance Fundamentals. • Perform routine preventive maintenance, clean machine components, and update maintenance logs Qualifications: What You Bring • Experience with CNC machine setup and operation in a production environment • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret details • Comfort using precision measurement tools with consistent accuracy • Solid understanding of machine tools and fabrication machinerys • A steady, methodical approach to troubleshooting and quality control Helpful Background • Previous work with Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak controls • PC or PLC control logic knowledge • Basic G‑code adjustments • Safety circuit troubleshooting & setup • Knowledge of Machine systems Compensation: $40,000• What You Will Do • Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machinery using newly established programs • Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other shop instruments • Diagnose machining issues, identify tool wear or drift, and apply corrective actions • Reference: SME Tooling U, CNC Maintenance Fundamentals. • Perform routine preventive maintenance, clean machine components, and update maintenance logs • Perform machine start-up & technical troubleshooting Compensation: $40,000 per year
