Material Handler

Material Handler Bodine Electric Company is looking for a dependable Material Handler to support our warehouse and production operations at our Northfield, IL facility. This role helps ensure materials are received, stored, and delivered throughout the facility accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming materials and shipments Load and unload freight using forklifts and warehouse equipment Move and store materials in designated warehouse locations Pick and deliver materials to production departments Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts Prepare outbound shipments and verify accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist the Production Supervisor with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities Qualifications 3+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Basic computer and inventory system experience a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Company-paid Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation 12 paid holidays Stable, team-oriented culture within a respected manufacturing organization Become part of a manufacturing team that takes pride in precision and teamwork.
