Procurement and Supply Chain Manager

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and industrial operations, is seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join their team. As a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager, you will be part of the Procurement and Supply Chain department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Procurement and Supply Chain ManagerLocation: Jacksonville, FLPay Range: $95000 - $150000Shift:What's the Job? Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including strategic sourcing, procurement, and logistics management. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for equipment, MRO, BOM, and operational materials. Manage logistics activities such as import freight, customs clearance, and domestic transportation. Collaborate with various departments to align supply chain activities with production and financial goals. Drive cost optimization, supplier performance improvement, and risk mitigation strategies. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 7-10+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations within manufacturing or industrial environments. Prior supervisory or managerial experience required. Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, along with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
