Payroll Specialist | San Bruno, California, United States Title: Payroll Manager Location: Nationwide full remote, Hybrid onsite in Dallas office would be ideal, but not required. Finding the right fit quickly is the priority! Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Payroll Manager with a strong background in multi-national payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have years of hands-on experience and deep technical expertise in ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple regions. Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Lead the end-to-end processing of complex, multi-country payrolls using ADP GlobalView and Celergo. System Administration: Manage data flows between internal HRIS systems and ADP platforms, ensuring data integrity and resolving interface errors. Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all payroll activities comply with local tax laws, labor regulations, and internal audit requirements. Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports for finance, HR, and tax authorities, providing insights into labor costs and variances. Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for complex payroll inquiries from employees and external vendors, ensuring high levels of service and accuracy. Year-End Activities: Manage year-end payroll processes, including tax filings, adjustments, and statutory reporting requirements. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in a payroll-focused role within a global or multi-entity organization. Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience with both ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo are required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: Strong understanding of international payroll tax, social security, and statutory compliance. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage tight deadlines. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and vendors.
