Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven Production Manager to lead and optimize all production activities for our liquid and solid soap manufacturing lines. The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer and hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, technical performance, and team development to meet production goals safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of liquid and solid soap production, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Lead, coach, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets, cost objectives, and delivery timelines. Apply sound engineering principles to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize processes, and improve production yields. Implement performance metrics and conduct data-driven reviews to identify gaps and drive operational improvements. Manage production schedules, inventory levels, and coordination with supply chain, maintenance, and quality teams. Lead or support manufacturing improvement projects, including equipment upgrades, process automation, and new product introductions. Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), ISO, and other relevant quality and safety standards. Manage complexity across multiple product lines and shift operations while maintaining focus on long-term strategic goals. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of production goals with business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field required). 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within personal care, chemical, or FMCG industries. Proven leadership experience managing teams in a production environment. Strong technical proficiency in process engineering, equipment operation, and troubleshooting. Demonstrated success in improving performance metrics and driving plant efficiency. Solid project management skills-able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously from concept to completion. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
