Project Administrator Based in the heart of Shawnee, KS, my client specializes in delivering reliable, high-quality construction services to the Greater Kansas City area. With a focus on local work within the commercial, industrial, medical, religious, and recreational spaces, they are looking to identify a talented Project Administrator to join their growing team. Job Description Maintain and organize all project documents, including contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and drawings. Process invoices, pay applications, and track budgets for subcontractors and vendors. Assist project managers in maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and tracking project milestones. Obtain, file, and track necessary municipal permits and ensure compliance with building codes. Act as the central point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, and clients. Prepare final project documentation, including warranties and manuals. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Administrator should have: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience as a Project Administrator required. Understanding of construction documents, contract terms, and the construction process. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, along with effective communication for coordinating with diverse teams. Proficient in construction and project management software and tools.
