About Our Client A wellestablished, Atlantabased commercial general contractor recognized for delivering highquality retail and commercial projects across the Southeast is looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team. This company has built a reputation for consistency, longstanding client relationships, and a strong portfolio spanning retail, bigbox developments, grocery stores, and fuel centers. Job Description Manage groundup construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure all work complies with project plans, specifications, and safety guidelines. Review and approve subcontractor invoices, change orders, and payment applications. Conduct regular site visits to support superintendents and address field challenges. Lead weekly project meetings and provide timely progress updates to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience managing groundup retail construction projects. Proven background in bigbox retail, grocery stores, and/or gas station construction. Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination. Effective communicator with a proactive and solutionsdriven mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across the Southeast. Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide field teams and maintain project momentum. What's on Offer $130k+ base salary (depending on experience).
