Job Description

We're looking for a Power Platform Technical Lead for an onsite role in Columbia, SC. Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with: Government IT projects Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio), including building complex canvas and model-driven apps Designing responsive and user-friendly interfaces Connecting Power Platform apps and flows to SQL Server In addition, experience with: Managing security roles and permissions and handling data securely and efficiently Workflow automation and process improvement Creating clear, detailed, and comprehensive documentation for technical and operational procedures Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead a team and manage complex projects Must be a SC resident Preferred Skills & Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) - Preferred Experience embedding Power BI dashboards into Power Apps Understanding of data loss prevention (DLP) policies Key Responsibilities: Lead the modernization of a cost accounting system Create apps, workflows, chatbots, and dashboards using the Power Platform Design Power BI reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions Use Dataverse to model and manage data Integrate with Microsoft 365, Azure, APIs, and other systems Build automated processes with Power Automate Develop Copilot Studio agents to support agency needs Follow GCC and organization's security rules Work with admins on DLP policies, access controls, and environment setup Ensure solutions follow FedRAMP and NIST requirements Provide guidance and best practices for staff Document work clearly and support deployments TM Floyd & Company is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
