Appian Architect/Lead Charlotte, NC - Onsite Contract

Role: Appian Architect/Lead Location: Charlotte, NC - Onsite Long Term Contract - W2/C2C Job Requirements: 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years as an Appian Architect or lead Appian Developer. Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale Appian applications. Deep expertise in Appian platform components, including Process Models, SAIL, Records, Sites, and Expressions. Strong knowledge of Appian's Data Fabric and the ability to design efficient data models. To be well aware of the latest features being introduced on the Appian platform and their implementation and integration with existing features. Extensive experience with Appian integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.) and developing custom plugins. Proficiency in database technologies (SQL) and an understanding of performance tuning. Appian Certified Senior or Lead Developer certification is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience working in an Agile development environment.
