Interim Controller/ NetSuite Consultant Location: Remote (Must Be Local to SOUTH FLORIDA) Compensation: $60.00–65.00 per hour Opportunity Highlights: High-level, urgent consulting engagement with direct visibility to leadership and auditors Opportunity to lead a complex multi-entity cleanup and reporting project Critical project with direct impact on audit readiness and financial issuance Project Overview: The engagement requires unwinding and restructuring financial activity to properly reflect operations across two subsidiaries while ensuring audit integrity and clean reporting in NetSuite. Key Responsibilities of the Interim Controller/ NetSuite Consultant: Unwind activity currently recorded in one subsidiary and properly allocate to two separate entities Design and execute a strategy to separate transactions across subsidiaries within NetSuite constraints Address intercompany accounting implications and ensure proper eliminations and balances Navigate system limitations, including subsidiary restrictions and bank account constraints Frame and implement a structured cleanup approach Oversee or directly execute necessary transaction adjustments and reconciliations Ensure financial reporting is clean, accurate, and audit-ready Partner directly with auditors and support field audit requests Maintain strong internal controls and audit integrity throughout the process Qualifications: Extensive NetSuite experience (required) Strong multi-entity and intercompany accounting expertise Controller-level background or equivalent leadership experience Deep understanding of financial reporting and GAAP Prior audit-facing experience Ability to work independently and move quickly under tight deadlines Strategic thinker who can design structure while executing tactically #INMAR2026 #ZRCFS
