PEGA Business ArchitectREMOTEContractPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Pega Business Architect with strong expertise in data management and Pega Constellation to support the migration from Pega Cosmos to Constellation. This role will work closely with the Strategy Team to build client-facing onboarding experiences for the Onboarding Program.Roles & Responsibilities Work under the direction of the Strategy Business Architect Develop and maintain Pega Blueprints Define logical and conceptual data models Perform data definition and solution alignment Support enterprise-scale implementations using Pega Constellation Ensure accurate representation of corporate banking requirements in Pega solutions Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have) 5+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, or Pega BA roles Proven experience as a Pega Business Architect on enterprise-scale implementations Strong hands-on experience with Pega Constellation (version 24+ preferred) Demonstrated ability to define and manage: Data objects Data types Fields and relationships Strong understanding of how Pega data models support: Case management Integrations Reporting Traceability Experience with Pega Blueprint, App Studio, and collaboration with Dev Studio teams PEGA Constellation Certification - Required Nice to Have / Flex Skills Experience working in corporate or commercial banking environments Soft Skills Takes direction well Strong ability to read and follow instructions Collaborative team player Camera-ready for virtual meetings What Success Looks Like Corporate banking requirements are accurately reflected in Pega blueprints Data fields and structures are clearly defined and compliant Correct configuration and implementation in Pega Constellation Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree preferred (not required) PEGA Constellation Certification - Required #M1#DI-CB2Ref: #404-IT PittsburghSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
