Software QA Engineer

Job title: Software QA Engineer Job location: Geneva, NY and unanticipated client sites across the US. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate domestically Job duration: Permanent position, Full time, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week. Number of positions: 1 opening. Wage: $91,728.00/yr Job description: Design test scenarios/test cases analyzing business requirements. Plan test strategy & identify software testing using user stories, execute complex SQL queries to validate test results. Prepare Use cases, Test-Cases & Test plans, testing in Live & simulated networks using JIRA, Selenium, Maven, Bugzilla VB Script, Quality Center, SOAP, C++, Cucumber. Support Manual Testing, Cross-Browser Testing. Facilitate project reviews & other Scrumrelated activities using PEGA-Agile Studio. Education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or IT or IS plus 2 years experience in job offered or as Analyst or Engineer or Software Quality Assurance. Prior work experience must include 2 years experience using JIRA, Selenium, Maven, Bugzilla VB Script, Quality Center, SOAP, C++, Cucumber, PEGA-Agile Studio.
