Maintenance Mechanic

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Job DescriptionEnsure injection molding machines are properly set up and operate to meet customer quality standards and production goals. Make the necessary connections of electrical, hydraulic, and cooling systems to the mold. Verify that material, temperatures, size, and speed settings are correct. Cycle the machine and adjust parameters as needed.Responsibilities Set up and operate injection molding machines. Connect electrical, hydraulic, and cooling systems to molds. Ensure material, temperature, size, and speed settings are correct. Cycle machines and adjust parameters to meet production goals. Troubleshoot and maintain industrial equipment. Report faulty equipment. Essential Skills Expertise in troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical and hydraulic systems. Proficiency in reading blueprints. Experience with hand and power tools. Ability to operate overhead cranes. Skill in operating and maintaining injection molding machines. Additional Skills & Qualifications Safety-oriented mindset.
