Job Title: Compliance Coordinator (Licensing) Location: San Diego Ca Shift: Hybrid Pay Range: $21-$28 / hr Employment Type: ContractAbout the Opportunity Our client, a growing technology-driven organization with a strong national footprint, is seeking a detail-oriented Licensing Renewal Specialist to join their Regulatory Operations team. This role supports compliance and licensing activities across multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States and Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with regulatory, legal administrative, or compliance coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. Position Overview The Licensing Renewal Specialist will manage the renewal and tracking of licenses and permits required for company operations. This role serves as a key liaison between the organization and regulatory authorities, ensuring timely submissions, accurate documentation, and positive external relationships. Key Responsibilities Research municipal, county, and state regulatory requirements Prepare and submit license and permit renewal applications across multiple jurisdictions Track ongoing reporting requirements and maintain compliance records Serve as a primary point of contact for licensing authorities, regulators, and law enforcement agencies Manage written and verbal communications with external agencies Maintain regulatory files and internal documentation systems Complete accurate data entry and filing within CRM and reporting systems Qualifications Bachelor's degree OR 1+ year of relevant professional experience required Experience in legal administration, paralegal support, compliance coordination, or regulatory operations preferred Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems strongly preferred Familiarity with nationwide filing requirements is a plus Prior experience working with local government agencies or regulatory authorities preferred Required Skills Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Comfortable exercising independent judgment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Work Environment Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in San Diego, CA No travel required Benefits: Use this link /4cGUQSh to learn more about benefits available to Eastridge's temporary employees.
