React.JS Lead

Responsibilities: • Total Experience 12+ Years • Develop new user-facing features using React.js and other modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability • Implement responsive designs and ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 9 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in an agile environment • Extensive experience with e-commerce platforms and applications • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related web technologies • Solid understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling • Familiarity with modern authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as JWT • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Tealium or other tag management systems • Knowledge of server-side rendering and Node.js • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
