Summary: Proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence. Minimum Qualifications: Required Experience: At least 2 years experience as a licensed RN. Required Education: BSN or BS Healthcare related field or an RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification within 7 months of hire/promotion. Certification must be RN Professional, nationally recognized and applicable to the current primary area of practice on the approved Clinical Registered Nurse Certifications Grid.
