The Senior Training Lead provides strategic direction and hands-on execution for training and enablement across large-scale, multi-market Retail Execution (REx) programs. This role ensures workforce readiness and sustained capability as commercial and field teams transition to standardized retail execution processes, enhanced visibility tools, and technology-enabled ways of working. The Senior Training Lead designs and oversees role-based, scenario-driven learning aligned to evolving REx business processes, data insights, and system capabilities. Partnering closely with Sales, Field Operations, Commercial Leadership, and transformation teams, this role ensures training relevance, accelerates adoption, and drives measurable improvements in in-store execution, performance visibility, and sales effectiveness. In this role, you will: Enterprise Learning Strategy & REx Enablement Define enterprise-wide learning needs aligned to Retail Execution (REx) process standardization and system implementation Conduct detailed role impact assessments across Field Sales, Key Account Teams, Commercial Operations, and Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive, wave-based training and enablement strategy across regions and deployment phases Align training strategy to REx objectives, including execution consistency, in-store compliance, data capture accuracy, and performance tracking Curriculum Design & Delivery Leadership Design scalable, role-based, scenario-driven learning solutions tailored to REx workflows, including: Visit planning and call execution In-store merchandising standards and compliance tracking Promotion execution monitoring Real-time data capture and reporting Performance dashboards and KPI interpretation Translate future-state retail execution processes into practical, system-enabled learning experiences Partner with business stakeholders and internal learning teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and effectiveness Coordinate and lead train-the-trainer programs and facilitator enablement Deployment & Adoption Management Support deployment activities, including go-live readiness, hypercare planning, and post-go-live stabilization Monitor training effectiveness through defined adoption metrics, system utilization data, and feedback loops Adjust learning strategies based on adoption insights, business readiness assessments, and regional needs Support change champion networks and leadership enablement efforts Drive sustained proficiency and embed standardized REx ways of working to ensure long-term value realization Who You Are: 10+ years of experience defining learning needs, developing enterprise learning strategies, and coordinating large-scale training programs Proven experience leading training for global Retail Execution (REx) or field sales system implementations Strong understanding of retail execution processes, field sales operations, in-store compliance standards, and performance measurement Background in Organizational Change Management and business readiness within commercial transformations Experience designing scenario-based, role-specific training curricula aligned to system-enabled process change Demonstrated ability to partner with senior commercial and field leadership in complex stakeholder environments Experience supporting multi-wave or phased global deployments Strong facilitation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills Ability to operate strategically while executing tactically in fast-paced transformation environments Total Rewards: We proudly offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being.
