Human Resources Generalist – Newly Created Role Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in a newly created position. Key Responsibilities: Process payroll for multiple company branches Administer employee benefits and manage the renewal process Onboard new employees and maintain accurate personnel records Assist with 401(k) audits and new enrollments Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned Qualifications: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll, benefits administration, or general HR functions Comfortable communicating with staff at all levels, including administrators and managers Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality Bachelor’s degree is a plus Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 annually
