Location: PowerApps Developer Location: Hybrid Fort Wort, TX Duration: 6+ months - Open Ended Parent company is pushing to go back onsite so they are scheduling occasional all hands meetings in the office so parent company will leave them alone. • 3+ years building enterprise PowerApps (model-driven, canvas) and Power Automate flows. • Strong experience with Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint document management. • Knowledge of workflows for sales operations, tendering, contract lifecycle management, or similar. • Ability to map business processes into structured, automated solutions. • Experience building dashboards in Power BI or PowerApps visual components. • Familiarity with approval hierarchies (DOA), pricing logic, and risk evaluations is a plus. Summary Job Description We are seeking a skilled PowerApps Developer to design, build, and maintain an enterprise-grade Integrated Tenders & Contracts Management (ITCM) Platform. This role will transform a complex tendering, bidding, and contract lifecycle process into a streamlined, automated Power Platform solution that centralizes data, standardizes workflows, and improves visibility across global teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Build (PowerApps + Dataverse) • Develop a 3 layer PowerApps solution reflecting the ITCM framework: o Radar: Opportunity and tender pipeline tracking o Workbench: Document hub, pricing logic, competitor intelligence, DOA approvals, risk review o Execution: Contract performance, revenue, margin tracking, SQMs, QHSE metrics • Build model-driven and canvas apps aligned to tender → bid → award → execution lifecycle. 2. Workflow Automation (Power Automate) • Automate end-to-end tender workflows (upload → timeline creation → notifications → approvals → submission → contract onboarding). • Implement automated DOA (Delegation of Authority) approval routing based on tender value. • Build alerting logic for expirations, pending approvals, and deviation exceedances. 3. Data Architecture & Integration • Create a centralized Dataverse schema for tenders, PQs, contracts, documents, pricing (BSP), competitors, and KPI datasets. • Integrate with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and document libraries (HSE, Legal, QHSE buckets). • Enable contract-level reporting (revenue, margins, market share). 4. Document & Content Management • Build a Document Hub enabling users to manage: o Corporate and legal documents o HSE/QHSE certifications o Track records & technical packages o Standard Packs (auto-generated) • Implement versioning, access control, and standardized templates. 5. Analytics & Reporting • Build dashboards for: o Tender pipeline and status o Win/loss tracking o Pricing compliance vs. BSP o Contract lifecycle (active, renewed, expired) o Financial KPIs (margin %, revenue trend, market share) • Develop an executive KPI board to monitor: o Win rate o Bid quality score o Tender coverage o Sales hours per tender 6. Governance, Security & Compliance • Implement audit trails, approvals records, and data retention policies. • Ensure compliance with internal QHSE, legal, and financial governance frameworks. • Manage user roles (Account Managers, Legal, HSE, Technical, Commercial, Country Managers, Directors, VP Ops). Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years building enterprise PowerApps (model-driven, canvas) and Power Automate flows. • Strong experience with Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint document management. • Knowledge of workflows for sales operations, tendering, contract lifecycle management, or similar. • Ability to map business processes into structured, automated solutions. • Experience building dashboards in Power BI or PowerApps visual components. • Familiarity with approval hierarchies (DOA), pricing logic, and risk evaluations is a plus. Preferred Experience • Experience implementing CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems. • Understanding of QHSE, legal, and compliance documentation. • Background supporting sales operations or bid management teams.
