Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role:- Fullstack Engineer Location:- Tampa, FL 10+ year experience We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our agile engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions across our Python/Django, Postgres, and AWS stack. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in small, fast-paced teams and enjoys building robust systems from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python/Django. • Build and optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL. • Develop, deploy, and manage cloud-based services and infrastructure on AWS. • Architect and implement new features and product modules end-to-end. • Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to deliver business value. • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices. • Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
