Job Responsibilities: Leads cross functional Agile delivery across Drupal WCMS (Acquia), Akamai CDN/WAF, React development, content strategy, and DevOps teams. Manages product roadmap, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communications in alignment with client's migration strategy from Legacy content into Drupal. Oversees risk, performance monitoring, change enablement, incident/problem management, and security/patching cycles. Ensures all deliverables meet accessibility (Section 508/WCAG), security, availability (99.9%), and performance requirements. Collaborates closely with Product Owner and COR, leading sprint planning, reviews, demos, and release governance. Required Skills and Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree Minimum 8 years experience Must be local to DC/MD/VA for onsite work in Woodlawn, MD
