Join Our Team as a Locum - Physician - Otolaryngology in Kearney, NE Are you a dedicated ENT physician seeking a rewarding locum opportunity at a Level II Trauma Center? We are actively recruiting a qualified Otolaryngologist to provide critical weekend coverage and ensure seamless patient care at our respected facility. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a busy trauma center while enjoying competitive compensation and comprehensive support. In this position, you will be responsible for providing weekday and weekend ENT call coverage, responding promptly to trauma and emergency department requests, and performing essential procedures such as adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, tumor removal, and audiograms. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining the hospital s Level II Trauma Center status, consistently delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. Required Skills Board certification in Otolaryngology (MD or DO) Valid medical license with Board Certification Proficiency in performing procedures including adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, tumor removal, and audiogram Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Ability to work independently during assigned shifts Nice to Have Skills Prior experience in trauma or emergency hospital settings Familiarity with the EPIC Electronic Medical Record system Comfort with on-call and after-hours commitments Preferred Education and Experience MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in Otolaryngology Previous locum or trauma center experience preferred Other Requirements Availability for scheduled dates from December 24 to December 28, 2026 Ability to travel to Kearney, NE, with preference for lodging at Candlewood Suites Credentialing completion within 30-90 days Travel from your current location to Kearney, NE, with necessary reimbursements handled This opportunity offers competitive hourly pay, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid orientation, and a robust support team dedicated to your success.
