LVN / LPN - Behavioral Health - $30/hr

- Provide nursing care for adult psychiatric inpatients with a variety of mental health diagnoses (e.g., ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Autism Spectrum, Eating Disorders, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Psychotic and Oppositional Defiant Disorders). - Care for adult patients with co-occurring medical conditions, including substance abuse disorders, alcohol or opiate withdrawal (stable), hypertension, diabetes, geriatric conditions (high fall risk), pain, and occasional wound care. - Utilize and document via electronic patient rounding systems and Rover technology (for photos, vital signs, food intake). - Operate and monitor patients using ObservSmart equipment. - Work variable shifts: 07:00-15:30, 15:00-23:30, or 23:00-07:30. - Participate in mandatory orientation on May 30-31, with work beginning June 1. - Must hold current California LVN license, BLS certification, and CPI/ProAct/PMAB certification. - Inpatient psychiatric experience preferred. - Adhere to facility protocols for patient safety and care, especially for high-risk populations (geriatrics, fall risk, substance withdrawal). - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental and physical health care. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation and participate in ongoing training as required.
