A healthcare opportunity is available for a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist in Marietta, GA. Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide variety of complex interventional procedures independently within IR and vascular hybrid settings. Prepare patients and equipment, ensuring sterile technique and safety during procedures. Collaborate effectively with radiologists, vascular surgeons, and cardiologists to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate departmental records and comply with regulatory standards including Joint Commission and state/federal requirements. Provide patient education and post-procedural care instructions. Participate in on-call rotations and support flexible scheduling, including every other weekend and holiday shifts. Uphold patient privacy, comfort, and safety consistently. Qualifications and Experience: Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiology Technology program. Current ARRT Radiography certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor certification. Minimum of 1 year experience in interventional special procedures, including IR and/or vascular hybrid procedural settings. Competency in interventional procedures, patient positioning, radiation safety, and advanced procedural registries. Proficient in clinical communication with a positive and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently after orientation and actively participate in on-call duties. Shift Details: 4x10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
