Pay Rate Range: $ 71.42 - 73.52/hr. GBaMS ReqID: 10535502 SAP FI Job Description: • 15+ years SAP Finance experience. • Multiple S/4HANA upgrades/implementations, with hands on upgrade leadership. • Strong expertise in S/4HANA Finance architecture & Universal Journal. • Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models. • Solid knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and upgrade best practices. • Lead FI/CO, FSCM, Asset Accounting, AP/AR, New GL workstream for the upgrade. • Primary onsite liaison between Finance business users and offshore delivery teams. • Has owned Finance simplification item analysis, impact assessment, and remediation guidance. • Define and govern Finance testing strategy (SIT, UAT, month end & close simulations). • Drive Finance defect triage, prioritization, and sign off. • Lead Finance role in cutover planning, mock upgrades, downtime validation, and go live readiness. • Support post go live hypercare, stabilization, and Finance user enablement. • Guide adoption of S/4HANA 2025 Finance Fiori apps and reporting changes. • Experience with RISE with SAP environments. • Exposure to Finance Fiori apps and embedded analytics. • Familiarity with SAP C ALM / Solution Manager for testing and defect management. • Strong stakeholder communication and executive presence. • Proven ownership during cutover, go live, and hypercare phases.
