Full Stack Java/Angular Developer

Job Description: As a Full Stack Java/Angular Developer, you will design and develop highly scalable full-stack applications in a complex multi-application environment. This role requires strong expertise in Java, Angular, React, SQL, and modern development frameworks. You will contribute to high-volume authentication and transaction systems, support engineering excellence practices, and lead or mentor technical teams while ensuring adherence to development standards and Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Develop full-stack solutions using Java, Angular, React, and SQL-based technologies. Lead technical teams in delivering scalable, reliable applications within timelines and budgets. Deliver best-in-class authentication solutions for high-volume transaction systems. Partner with architects to ensure implementations align with architectural standards. Advocate for platform principles, engineering best practices, and Agile methodologies. Coach teammates and support knowledge sharing across teams. Create and maintain development, coding, testing, and automation standards. Work effectively in a complex multi-application ecosystem. Use Kafka for distributed messaging and event-driven applications. Contribute to continuous improvement across engineering processes and team performance. Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: Full-stack Java development experience. Experience with Angular and React for front-end development. Strong knowledge of databases including MongoDB and SQL. Experience using Ruby or Java Cucumber testing frameworks. Proficiency with GitHub for version control. Knowledge of Splunk and BigQuery for logging and analytics. Ability to work in complex, multi-application environments. Experience with Kafka for messaging and integration. Strong understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth and SAML. Demonstrated curiosity, problem-solving, and design experience for high-volume, high-availability systems. Experience resolving critical issues in high-stress production environments. Demonstrated ability to design applications capable of thousands of transactions per second. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with .NET and C#. Experience with Spring Cloud or similar gateway technologies. Experience with containerized deployments and cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS. Experience with CI/CD technologies such as GitHub Actions, Bamboo, Sonar, BlackDuck, or Veracode. Experience with performance engineering and testing. Experience with consumer-facing web applications. Familiarity with NIST Identity Standards. The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr.
