Position Type: Athletics Date Posted: 2/20/2026 Location: Athletics Title:On-site Athletic Coordinator General Description: Coordinate on-site district athletic team activities for the assigned division with the guidance of the AESD Athletic Director Qualifications: 1. A current full-time AESD Employee 2. Coaching experience in AESD (preferred) 3. Leadership experience (preferred) Performance and Responsibilities: Maintaining safety and order during all Home events. Attend and supervise all Home sporting events. Manage positive communication with parents regarding sports events, questions and concerns. Assists the AESD Athletic Director with physical exams, permission forms, concussion forms, insurance requirements, collection & submission of Athletic Participation Fees, and coordination of team pictures. Assists the AESD Athletic with equipment and uniform inventory and distribution. Willingness to accept and perform leadership roles within the AESD Athletic Program. Perform other duties within the scope of employment. Reports to: Athletic Director Salary Range: Stipend $3,600 4 week term for the remainder of the Althetics Season Shift Type: Part-Time
