Master Multiple Platforms - Navigate Jobber, Supply Pro, Vendor Suite, and Buildertrend to keep every detail aligned. Own the Calendar - Finalize schedules 2 days in advance and send confirmed updates to the team daily by 2pm. Stay Ahead on Inventory - Manage warehouse stock with Just-In-Time processes and forecast needs for upcoming projects. Keep Projects Moving - Generate and upload POs, close out completions in builder portals, and trigger payments. Match Skills to Jobs - Assign crews based on size, expertise, and project requirements. Help Grow the Team - Interview subcontractors, installers, and support staff, ensuring all vendor and new-hire requirements are complete. Collaborate Daily - Maintain open lines of communication with Siding Project Managers and other departments. What We're Looking For Experience in construction scheduling, coordination, or operations (siding knowledge a plus!)
