Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Home Health Aid (HHA) certification. 2. Valid CPR (in-person instruction) 3. First Aid certification. 4. Eligible Level 2 Background Screen (we can check this with you). 5. Proven experience as a CNA or HHA. 6. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. 7. Excellent communication. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
