Warehouse Associate The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily operations in our domestic product division. This role is essential to ensuring efficient inventory handling, timely deliveries, and a clean, organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations & Logistics Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing inbound shipments Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments with speed and accuracy Help maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization Support coordination of deliveries to print vendors and 3PL partners 2. Inventory Management Accurately label, store, and track inventory using warehouse systems Assist with routine cycle counts and inventory reconciliation Notify supervisors of any low stock levels or discrepancies 3. Daily Deliveries & Vendor Coordination Help load/unload shipments for delivery to screen printers and decorators Ensure outbound shipments are packaged and labeled according to the vendor requirements Support tracking of inbound/outbound orders and report issues 4. Equipment & Process Support Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks, label printers & forklift) Follow all established SOPs for inventory handling and order prep Assist in developing in-house samples using DTF printing and vinyl plotter tools What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or similar role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. High work ethic and highly reliable. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Familiarity with inventory systems; ZoHo experience is a plus. Experience in apparel or fulfillment environments is a bonus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
