Job Description

This role is ideal for a litigation and or labor and employment secretary who is eager to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and format litigation documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and subpoenas Coordinate and e-file documents in Texas state and federal courts Manage calendars, deadlines, and court alerts Organize and maintain electronic files within the document management system Assist with time entry, billing, and expense processing Coordinate meetings, travel, CLEs, and attorney admissions Provide high-level administrative and client service support Qualifications 2+ years of litigation legal secretary experience Experience with Texas and Federal e-filing systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Experience with NetDocs or iManage Strong organizational, proofreading, and time management skills Interest and/or experience in Labor & Employment law Interested in a growth-oriented environment with strong attorney mentorship Benefits effective on Day 1 – no waiting period, including: Firm-paid parking Commuter transportation stipend Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Hybrid schedule
