We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Assistant Corporate Controller to join a dynamic team within the construction and real estate sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless financial operations of multi-entity environments, offering the right candidate an exciting opportunity to leverage their accounting expertise. Key Responsibilities: Prepare comprehensive closing statements and manage loan closing journal entries. Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors for successful audits. Oversee job cost accounting processes for construction and real estate projects. Support corporate banking activities and ensure accurate financial reporting. Manage cost segregation and property tax appeal processes efficiently. Collaborate with various departments to maintain precise financial management across multiple entities. Qualifications and Skills: Extensive experience in accounting for construction and real estate, particularly in managing multiple entities. Proficiency in JDE is mandatory, along with strong skills in MS Office and Excel, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables. In-depth knowledge of cost segregation and property tax appeal processes. Proven experience with loan and closing journal entries, as well as audit preparation. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
