BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an LPN to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Dade City! This is a field-based role. Facility: BayCare Behavioral Health Urgent Care Location: Pasco County Status: Full-Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: varies, typically 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Weekend Work: None On Call: No The LPN : Utilizes the nursing process: assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating to achieve the goals of nursing practice. Will be familiar with medical clearance guidelines and act as the liaison with physicians and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners. Will coordinate and complete all admissions in a timely manner inclusive of nurse- to nurse reports, triages, treatment plans, medication management and all related documentation. Will complete tasks as assigned by the RN charge nurse. Required Certifications and Licensures: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) BLS (Basic Life Support) Required Education: High School or Equivalent Associates in Nursing - preferred Experience: 1 year behavioral health preferred 1 year in nursing preferred Come join our wonderful team!
