Job Description Controller - Commercial Construction We are partnering with a well-established commercial construction company seeking an experienced Controller to lead their accounting and financial operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing financial reporting, job cost accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting Manage job cost accounting and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting Lead month-end and year-end close processes Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations Supervise and mentor accounting staff Qualifications: Prior accounting leadership experience within commercial construction Strong knowledge of job costing and construction financial reporting Experience with Sage 300 (Timberline) required CPA preferred but not required Strong analytical and leadership skills This opportunity offers long-term stability with a reputable contractor and a strong leadership team.
