Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) ? $21-$24 per hour ? Full-Time At our facility, CNAs are the heart of everything we do. What You'll Do Provide Meaningful Daily Care Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and personal hygiene Help with meals, hydration, and after-meal care Answer call lights promptly and check on residents frequently Assist with lifting, repositioning, transfers, and mobility Keep residents clean, dry, comfortable, and safe Be a Resident Advocate Observe and report changes in condition to the nurse Monitor and report skin concerns, intake changes, or injuries Respect residents' rights - including refusal of treatment Maintain confidentiality and protect resident dignity at all times Create a Positive Environment Greet new residents warmly and help them feel at home Work closely with nurses and other departments as a team Maintain a calm, respectful, and supportive atmosphere Participate in shift reports and team communication What We're Looking For Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification CPR preferred Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset Reliable and professional work ethic Ability to communicate effectively in English Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely cares.
