Responsibilities: Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Help with medication management and administration Assist with mobility and transfers, including wheelchair use and bed mobility Provide companionship and social interaction to promote mental and emotional well-being Maintain a safe and clean environment, including household chores and laundry Collaborate with our team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client Document client progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers Requirements: Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 3+ years experience with clients suffering from dimentia, Parkinson's, and/or other progressive age-related conditions Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors Strong communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer: A supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs
