Full-Time Non-CDL Delivery Driver South Main Trucking, an affiliate of Scott Electric Company, has a current opening at our Hagerstown, MD, branch for a Full-Time Non-CDL Delivery Driver. Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM + OT. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering electrical materials to customer job sites and warehouses while providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles (box truck, flatbed, or cargo van non-CDL) Load, secure, transport, and unload electrical materials and supplies Verify delivery orders for accuracy and obtain customer signatures as needed Inspect vehicle daily and report maintenance or safety concerns Assist in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and organizing inventory if needed Maintain a clean and professional appearance of vehicle and work area Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations (non-CDL applicable) Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be 21 and be licensed for 3 years Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Basic knowledge of electrical products is a plus (training provided) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable and punctual Preferred Previous delivery driving or warehouse experience Must submit a background check and drug testing Scott Electric offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Tuition reimbursement Paid holidays Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Schedule 8-hour shift Work Location: In person
