Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Explain & break down complex billing to customers. Multitask between answering phone & toggling between multiple systems daily. Responsible for completing all assigned tasks, emails & customer inquiries by end of each day. QUALIFICATIONS: Active VA Property & Casualty License and willing to obtain VA Life/Health License Organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service and communication skills.
