As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands-on Controller to lead our Finance and Human Resources functions and help drive operational excellence throughout the organization. Position Overview: The Controller will oversee all aspects of accounting, finance, and human resources, providing strategic and operational leadership to support the company's goals. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, values collaboration, and enjoys working closely with leadership and operations teams. Key Responsibilities:Finance & Accounting Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Oversee cash management, banking, and credit functions. Manage job costing and inventory accounting for manufacturing operations. Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies. Partner with leadership to analyze financial performance and recommend improvements. Human Resources Oversee HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Support managers with performance management, development, and employee engagement initiatives. Partner with ownership to maintain a strong company culture aligned with Tower's values. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred). 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with leadership responsibility. Experience in job shop manufacturing or construction industries strongly preferred. Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and cost accounting. Proven ability to lead a small team and collaborate across departments. Proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks, ERP) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
