What you'll do: A day in this role may include: Customer interaction: Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Sales support: Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies. Site maintenance: Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times. Workflow optimization: Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience. Safety & compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards. Operational support: Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies. Core competencies: Customer-centric mindset Results-driven execution Safety & operational compliance Effective communication (verbal and written) Requirements: Age: At least 16 years of age. Education: Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level. Availability: Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Working at least one day on the weekend is required. Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies. Physical requirements: Lifting: Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs. Environment: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with temperatures ranging from -10F to 100F. Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods of time. Exposure: Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products. Why join Golden Nozzle?
