Production Worker

Job Summary: Keeps production moving by performing a variety of tasks to complete work in process to meet production demands and deadlines. Principle Duties & Responsibilities: Crease, pack, collate, operate fastener insertion machine(s), operate basic production tools (including but not limited to cutting and tabbing) and/or complete other assigned tasks required for the preparation, processing and packaging of products. Production quantity reports completed accurately Maintain productivity levels defined by supervisor. Help train new employees. Keep immediate work area clean and free of debris. Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment. Maintain positive relationships with co-workers and supervisors. Work overtime as required by supervisor to meet production demands and deadlines. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Dexterity, mobility, endurance, and hand-body coordination skills to complete assigned tasks and meet production requirements. Ability to lift 50 pounds is preferred. Mechanical abilities, machine experience in production field, and fork lift operator preferred Printing experience preferred Individual must be sighted Post - offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check.
