Quality Assurance Engineer I

Arobas Personnel is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer for a contract with one of our clients. 100% RemoteWhat will your day-to-day look like? As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing tests to identify any issues before software is released. You will analyze, document, and track bugs with a strong attention to detail. You will also support your team by managing testing tools, reporting results, and promoting continuous improvement in testing practices. A typical day includes: Creating and executing new test cases Documenting results and analyzing defects Collaborating with software developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues Retesting after fixes to ensure no new bugs were introduced and that the original defect has been fully resolved Required Experience • Execute test cases under the guidance of senior team members • Assist in setting up test environments and performing basic tests • Document test results and help identify issues • Participate in troubleshooting and debugging activities • Contribute to testing documentation (test cases, test reports) • Learn and use basic test automation tools and frameworks under supervision • Collaborate with team members to improve testing processes and efficiency • Ability to create test plans for user stories • Experience with ReadyAPI • Experience with Linux operating systems • Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries ID: 9806 Location: Longmont Employment Duration: Full time # of Openings: 1 Due Date: Last Updated: 16/2/26 9:15 AM
