Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 3rd shift Bagger Operator Jackson, WI to join their team. As a 3rd shift Bagger Operator Jackson, WI, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: 3rd shift Bagger Operator Jackson, WILocation: Jackson, WIPay Range: $23Shift: 10pm - 6am, Monday through FridayWhat's the Job? Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output. Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions. Ensure high-quality goods are produced by monitoring and inspecting products. Follow safety policies and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment. Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 2 years' experience in manufacturing or similar roles. Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
